11/06 ADOT released the draft of the State Management Plan for federal public transit programs for public review and comment. The Federal Transit Administration requires each state to develop a State Management Plan that describes the policies and procedures to be used in administering federal grant programs that develop new transit systems and improve, maintain and operate existing systems. The public comment on the plan through November 30-th.
