11/04 A Connecticut woman had to be rescued off Bell Rock in the Village of Oak Creek Friday. YCSO says the woman, in her 60’s, was hiking on what she believed to be a trail when she slid down a small embankment and became stuck. She called 911 when she couldn’t safely get down. The Backcountry and Verde Search and Rescue rope teams responded and helped the woman down.
