11/04 Flagstaff and ADOT finished installing the large concrete structures for the new Milton Road pedestrian underpass, as part of the Beulah University Realignment Project. As weather permits, work will continue through the winter months on the east and west sides of the pedestrian underpass. All traffic control on Milton Road is being removed until next Spring.
