10/24 The Arizona Supreme Court is taking public input on 4-candidates for the position of Presiding Disciplinary Judge. The candidates are David Cunanan, Ralph Hatch, Suzanne Reed and Lisa VandenBerg. All comments need to be in by October 30-th.
The candidates’ resumes can be viewed online at azcourts.gov/jnc/Vacancy-Applications. A hiring committee will interview the candidates. After the interviews, the finalists’ names will be submitted to the full Court for final selection.
All comments must be received by 1 p.m. on Oct. 30, 2024. Anonymous comments cannot be considered, and comments received will be retained as public records. Submit comments via email to [email protected] or by U.S. mail to:

I believe David Cunanan is qualified for this role.
I went for Suzanne Reed because of her experience in the AZAG office and other places. She appears to be very honest and diligent litigator.
I went against Hon. Lisa Ann VandenBerg because her bankruptcy history, actions and decisions that call her honesty and integrity into question, and YouTube videos showing how she acts in Court.
