10/23 Winter parking restrictions in Flagstaff begin November 1-st and continue through April 1-st. Parking on city streets and alleyways will be prohibited from midnight-to-7-am. The restrictions allow the City to thoroughly plow the streets during snow events and remains in effect even if it is not snowing to aid in street sweeping. Those violating the order when it’s not snowing will be cited; if it is snowing, the vehicle will be towed.
