10/17 The Willard Springs Green Waste Site, south of Flagstaff, will be closed for the winter season, starting October 26-th. Next April when it reopens, it will be available for green waste only on Friday’s and Saturday’s, from 9-to-5 each day. gs will then be open for green wasteonly disposal on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
