10/11 A YCSO K9 deputy was involved in a short foot chase with a suspect they stopped on Highway-69, Wednesday. Officials say while deputies were talking to the driver, the passenger took off on foot. He was quickly captured and taken into custody. It was then the deputy discovered the man had a gun in his possession. K9 Skye alerted to the vehicle at which time 20-thousand fentanyl pills were found. No names were released.
