10/02 We’re waiting on an update on the Wasson Peak Fire, burning south of Crown King on the Prescott National Forest. Firefighters responded to two fires Tuesday morning. The second fire, on Towers Mountain, was stopped. At last report no structures were threatened and evacuations were not necessary. Both fires were caused by lightning.
