10/02 Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes says Eduardo Cruz of Phoenix was sentenced to 5-years in prison and 3-years of supervised probation for dealing fentanyl pills and methamphetamine. In February, Cruz sold 10,000-fentanyl pills and in March he sold just over 7-pounds of meth. DPS arrested Cruz who recently pleaded guilty to attempted possession of a dangerous drug for sale and illegally conducting an enterprise. He was also ordered to pay $14,500.
