10/01 Applications are being taken for a vacancy on the Arizona Supreme Court, created by the upcoming retirement of Justice Robert Brutinel. Applications are due by November 1-st. The Commission on Appellate Court Appointments will review applications, interview applicants and recommend at least 3-nominees for the vacancy to Governor Katie Hobbs, who will appoint the new justice.
