9/17 Governor Katie Hobbs has ordered all state flags be lowered to half-staff tomorrow, in honor of Phoenix Police Officer Zane Coolidge’s interment. Officer Coolidge passed away on September 6-th after being shot in the line of duty on September 3-rd. The 5-year veteran of the department leaves behind a wife and daughter. Individuals, businesses and other organizations are encouraged to join in this tribute.
