9/4 The Prescott Valley Police Department is seeing an increase in reported lost or stolen firearms and when officers try to take a report, the gun owner has no information regarding their missing firearm. In response, the department is distributing free copies of ATF’s Personal Firearms Record. This record is helpful in the case of theft, loss or insurance claim. Copies of the record can be picked up at the station lobby.
