7/26 It’s Day-5 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch-22 Program and today a $1,000-cash reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of Joshua Fernandez. In March of 2022 Chino Valley Police arrested Fernandez for a valid warrant and theft that occurred in Prescott. During his arrest, he fought with officers, causing minor injuries.
