YCSO arrested a 66-year Seligman man Monday night on charges he shot another man. Officials say deputies responding to the call learned the initial 911 caller had been shot by Frank Ross. Both men live in separate homes on the same property and had been in an argument earlier in the day. At some point Ross fired several shots into the victim’s home, causing him critical injuries. The victim was flown to FMC where he was last listed in critical condition. Ross was charged with attempted homicide.
