Camp Verde, AZ / Rimrock, AZ / Clarkdale, AZ — Montezuma Castle (including the Montezuma Well Unit) and Tuzigoot National Monuments are currently under fire restrictions. The following restrictions are established under the authority of Title 36, Code of Federal Regulations, §2.13(c), § 2.21(a) and §2.38(b):
- Smoking is prohibited in the park, including Electronic Delivery Systems (E.N.D.S), except inside personal vehicles.
- Igniting, building, maintaining a fire of wood / charcoal briquettes is prohibited.
- The use of fireworks is prohibited.
