The City of Cottonwood Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously approved an application for Design Review for 15-unit apartment complex located at 1416 E. Mingus Ave. at its regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Riverfront Park. No one from the public commented on the agenda item. The applicant was required to install vegetation and/or screening to screen the stairway facing the intersection from the road . The project manager Jeff Jensen said the property will remain in local management and they will manage how the residents use their balconies, according to the meeting’s minutes.
