The Town of Prescott Valley is using an independent contractor to conduct a community survey. The survey is a statistically valid random sampling of registered voters and utility customers that will capture the opinions of both property owners and renters.
These randomly selected residents will be contacted via postcard or email, coming from Onpointe Insights using this email address: [email protected]. This Community Survey is part of the Town’s Vision 2024 strategic planning effort that was adopted in December 2023 to enhance citizen satisfaction within the Quality of Life focus area. The Town’s last Community Survey was done in 2005.
The survey will measure satisfaction levels to gauge what the Town is doing well and things that need improvement. The results from this survey will inform town leadership on budget priorities and town planning for the future. Making decisions with citizen input in mind is key to achieving the Town’s mission of delivering exceptional service.
