The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), in conjunction with the Prescott Valley Police Department, and the Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority announce a reward of up to $10,000 for information related to two fires that occurred in Prescott Valley involving the Legado Luxury apartment complex which has resulted in approximately $60 million in property damage and Bradshaw Mountain High School West Campus. The first fire occurred on April 1, 2024, around 1:15 a.m., on Florentine Road at Main Street in Prescott Valley. The second fire occurred on April 4, 2024, around 4:33 a.m., at the Bradshaw Mountain High School West Campus, 6000 E. Long Look in Prescott Valley.
Anyone with information about these incidents or identification of the individual(s) who may be involved is asked to contact ATF. To be eligible for the reward, information provided must aid in the successful conclusion of the investigation, including the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
