In executive session on Tuesday February 13, Prescott City Council consented to release the settlement agreement with former City Manager Katie Gregory, who resigned on December 19, 2023. Originally, the agreement was covered by a mutually agreed to Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). However, with consent of both parties, the City is now able to release the document.
