Yavapai County Board of Supervisors Mourn the Loss of Sandi Brown

At the regular Board of Supervisors meeting held today in Prescott, Chairman Gregory asked for a moment of silence to mourn the loss of Yavapai County Board of Supervisors Craig Brown’s wife, Sandi Brown.

Chairman Gregory said, “We were deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Sandi in the early morning hours of Monday, October 30, 2023.

For anyone who had the good fortune of meeting and knowing Sandi, they know what a wonderful human being she was. Sandi had a smile, a hug, and a word of encouragement and welcome for all she met. Our community will truly be less without Sandi.

I ask that we all keep Craig and family in our thoughts and prayers at this time of tremendous loss.”

After a valiant fight, Sandi succumbed to a brief illness. She was well loved & respected by family & friends for being a generous & kind person.  Sandi was always the first to volunteer her time whenever help was needed.

  1. Why should I care about some county supervisor dying, Is she somehow more important then let’s say as if my mother or father passed away, I don’t think so.
