Multiple Arrests Made in Multi-Agency Child Sexual Exploitation Operation

On Friday, September 29th, and Saturday, September 30th, the Prescott Police Department hosted a multi-agency child sexual exploitation operation in coordination with the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, Prescott Valley Police Department, Chino Valley Police Department, Arizona Department of Public Safety, Chandler Police Department, Phoenix Police Department and the Yavapai County Attorney’s Office.

Through the course of this operation, investigators identified and arrested a total of three suspects for various serious felony offenses.

The suspects have been identified as:

Jeffrey York, a 67-year-old Prescott resident, who was taken into custody after he solicited to perform sex acts with a 7-year-old and 11-year-old children. York was arrested and booked on the charges of Luring a Minor for Sexual Exploitation, Attempted Sexual Conduct with a Minor, Child Sex Trafficking, and Conspiracy to Commit Sexual Assault.

 

Jeremy Pearce, a 36-year-old Prescott resident, who was arrested after he attempted to lure a 14-year-old female for sex acts. Pearce was booked into jail on charges of Luring a Minor for Sexual Exploitation, Attempted Sexual Conduct with a Minor, Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

 

 

William Deblois, a 37-year-old Prescott Valley resident, who was taken into custody after he solicited to perform sex acts with a 14-year-old victim. Deblois was arrested and charged with Child Sex Trafficking, Attempted Sexual Conduct with a Minor, luring a Minor for Sexual Exploitation and Attempted Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

All three suspects were transported and booked into the Yavapai County Jail.
