ADOT announced that they will begin improving the roadway along a 3-mile stretch of State Route 89A in Cottonwood, between the Safeway shopping Center and the Bridgeport Bridge. The purpose of the project is to improve safety and driving conditions on the roadway, extend the life of the pavement and improve drainage. Construction should start this summer and be completed by early 2024.
