If you receive a notice from “Home Warranty Services,” indicating that your lender information is “Town of Prescott Valley,” this is a scam. The Town of Prescott Valley is not sending out these notices and is not endorsing this company. Please be aware that you are not obligated to contact this company and will not suffer any loss for failing to comply with this notice. Police are asking that you do not send them any money.
