Tuesday night, a physical fight occurred between four men in the 3200-block of North Hedgewood Drive in Prescott Valley. Police spokesman Jerry Ferguson says two of the men brandished handguns and threatened to shoot the two unarmed men. Both suspects were apprehended, one on scene and one at a different location. He says the suspects, 60-year old Richard Wyatt of Prescott Valley and 46-year old Anthony Clement of Prescott Valley, were arrested on multiple charges. Ferguson says the suspects involved have not yet been convicted of a crime and are presumed innocent. Everyone is reminded that bearing firearms is legal in Arizona, however, misuse of those firearms will lead to serious consequences.
