Sedona has promoted JoAnne Cook to the position of city clerk. Cook has worked for the city for over 7-years, first as the deputy city clerk and most recently as a human resources specialist. She’s also a Certified Municipal Clerk through the International Institute of Municipal Clerks. She starts her new position on January 10-th.
