YCSO is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person. Officials say 83-year old Jay Koch was last seen leaving his home on Red River Road in Sedona early Wednesday morning. He may be wearing black jeans, a long blue sweater and new white balance tennis shoes. He drives a white 2017 Toyota Camry. Koch is a former Law Enforcement Officer and is armed with a firearm, so caution should be used.
