Sedona City Manager Karen Osburn named Andy Dickey as the new Public Works Director/Assistant City Manager. The promotion is the result of a reclassification of his current position with added responsibilities. He’ll now oversee not just the Public Works Department, as he has for over 5-years, but also the Parks and Recreation Department and transit program. The promotion goes into effect December 6-th.
