ADOT says drivers should plan for lane restrictions on a 3-mile stretch of eastbound I-40 in Flagstaff on Thursday, as maintenance work is performed on the roadway. Eastbound I-40 will be narrowed to one lane from Butler Avenue to Country Club Drive. Restrictions are in place from 7-am-to-4-pm.
