DPS is remembering fallen Trooper Bruce Harrolle who was killed on this date in 2008. The 36-year old Trooper and paramedic was killed while assisting with a search and rescue mission of 2-stranded hikers near Sedona. Harrolle was struck by helicopter rotor blades and fatally injured while trying to help the hikers into the helicopter. He was survived by his wife and two children.
