Roads are open and passable this morning, but motorists should be prepared for winter driving conditions above 5,000-feet. The National Weather Service in Flagstaff says a storm system is moving through the state and will continue to produce strong winds, cold temperatures, rain and higher elevation snow showers across northern Arizona today. Southwest wind gusts up to 45-mph are expected. A Wind Advisory is in place until 4-pm today. Freezing temperatures are likely down to 5,000-feet by Wednesday morning. Calm and warmer weather returns Wednesday with a gradual warming trend to continue through the week and into the weekend.
