Kaibab National Forest officials say Christmas tree permits will be available to purchase online through Recreation.gov starting Thursday and permit holders may begin cutting their trees on November 9-th. Officials say permits are limited to one per household and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out. Permits are valid between November 9-th, through December 31-st.
