Wednesday, Flagstaff, Coconino County and the Northern Arizona Council of Government will hold a free open house at 216 West Phoenix Avenue from 4:30-to-6-pm. The event, held in a former City warehouse, will highlight the Northern Arizona Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority’s plans for the property, including a new Downtown Connection Center building and channelization of the Rio de Flag. The event will also include a review of a $600,000 grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency that was used to clear the site for its future planned use.
