Almost 2-years into the pandemic, Northern Arizona Healthcare have made the decision to require its full workforce to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The decision is consistent with their mission of improving health and healing people. Colleagues must be fully vaccinated by December 31-st. There will be a process for individuals to apply for certain medical and religious exemptions. About 80% of colleagues have already been vaccinated.
