Prescott Valley and the Central Yavapai Metropolitan Planning Organization are conducting a regional Intelligent Transportation System Study to review signal timings for best condition scenarios to move traffic on regionally significant roadway corridors in the Prescott Valley/Prescott area. This includes Glassford Hill Road, Highway-69, and Willow Creek Road. Thursday through Saturday, a contractor will conduct turning movement counts at the 10-signalized intersections on Glassford Hill Road from 69 to Highway-89A to incorporate with Study findings so far for signal timing adjustments anticipated to be implemented this November for Glassford Hill Road.
