Cottonwood officials say the completion of the Mingus Avenue Reconstruction project will begin next Monday. The construction limits for the project are Mingus Avenue from 7-th Street to Main Street, also including a section of 11-th Street south of Mingus Avenue to approximately 100-feet north of Ash Drive. The project will see the removal and re-installation of the asphalt, curb and gutter and sidewalk. Work will take place Monday through Friday from 6-am to 7-pm each day. The work will take several months to complete.
