Organized Retail Theft operation stopped by the Camp Verde Marshals Office

The Camp Verde Marshal’s Office arrested 2-Flagstaff men linked to an organized retail theft operation based in Flagstaff. Officials says Tuesday they stopped 22-year old William Treacy and 30-year old Ference Spaits for a traffic violation. A search of the vehicle located numerous Fentanyl pills, a usable amount of Methamphetamine, other drug paraphernalia and several thousand dollars’ worth of stolen construction equipment. The Flagstaff Police Department was contacted and they conducted a search of a storage unit where more stolen construction equipment was found. Both men were jailed on numerous felony charges.
