Flagstaff Police arrested 34-year old Christopher Suter for his involvement in a case of tire “slashing”. Officials say a victim in an unrelated case of aggravated assault and theft called detectives and told them Suter looked like the man who attacked them on the Mount Elden Trails behind the Shadow Mountain area. The detectives assembled a photo line-up of the suspects wanted in both incidents and determined the two cases were linked. The photo-line up along with other evidence lead to Suter being arrested. Suter is accused of slashing the tires of several vehicles on August 18-th and for chasing people with a knife near the trails around Mount Elden.
