Crooks caught when vehicle breaks down

Karma struck for three people whose vehicle broke down in an intersection in Prescott Valley Wednesday. Prescott Valley Police spokesman Jerry Ferguson says officers responded to Highway-69 and Prescott Country Club where a vehicle pulling a trailer was stalled and blocking the roadway. Officers contacted 29-year old Caleb Seawart, from Phoenix, who had several warrants for his arrest. Further investigation revealed illegal possession of a firearm and multiple illegal drugs and paraphernalia. Two passengers, 31-year old Jon Roger McCluskey and 39-year old Jessica Lynn James, both from Mesa, were also implicated with multiple illegal drugs and paraphernalia. Officers also discovered that the trailer and the motorcycle inside the trailer were both stolen from Phoenix. All three were jailed on their warrants and other felony charges.
