ADOT says drivers should plan for alternating lane closures on north-and-southbound Highway-89, north of Paulden, from 8-to-4 Thursday. Delays of up to 15-minutes should be expected. Highway-89 will be narrowed to 1-lane only, north of the junction with Drake Road. Flaggers and a pilot car will direct drivers through the work zone. Crews are conducting a bridge inspection.
