Flagstaff Police issued a missing persons report for a missing/suicidal subject. Monday night, 36-year old Scott Weeks posted a lengthy suicide note via Facebook. His father has tried to reach Scott, but has been unsuccessful due to Scott’s phone being deactivated. His phone last pinged in Flagstaff.
