The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors approved a proclamation on behalf of Community Health Center of Yavapai to declare August 8-th through the 14-th as National Health Center Week. National Health Center Week is an annual celebration with the goal of raising awareness about the mission and accomplishments of America’s health centers over the past five decades.
