Excessive Heat Warning extended through 8-pm Sunday for elevations below 5,500-feet

The National Weather Service in Flagstaff extended the duration of the Excessive Heat Warning until 8-pm Sunday for elevations below 5,500-feet. Dangerously hot conditions with daytime temperatures ranging from 102-to-110-degrees should be expected. Extreme heat will significantly increase the potential for heat related illnesses, particularly for those working outdoors or participating in outdoor activities.
