ADOT says driver should plan for restrictions on Leupp Road at I-40, about 50-miles east of Flagstaff, through the end of October as rehabilitation work is performed on the Leupp Bridge. Officials say Leupp Road between the I-40 on-and off-ramps will be narrowed to one lane only of alternating traffic, directed by a temporary traffic signal. Detours are in place.
