Prescott Valley Police arrested Brandon Evans this week for burglary. Officials say the 40-year old from Paulden is accused of stealing $150 worth of lottery tickets from a Circle K in Prescott Valley. Back in March, Evans entered the store, walked behind the counter and walked off with 17-Arizona Lottery scratcher tickets.
