The Town of Prescott Valley has placed their new Police Chief on paid administrative leave. Steve Roser will remain on leave pending a personnel investigation into alleged violations of Town policies and procedures. What those violations are has not been released. Officials say this is an active investigation and standard procedure for the Town in such employee matters. Commander James Edelstein is acting chief during the investigation. Roser started as chief in November.
Praying justice is served and the Chief will remain. He needs prayer.
Whatever it is the people of PV expect that it will be dealt with properly and immediately. We are a small home town and we do not want anyone on the police force that does not follow the rules, and makes up his own rules to suite himself. We have not had any problems with our police department, and we do not want any of any kind. Please see that this is taken care of. Thank you!!!
What? I support our police why is this happening to dedicated officers who give their lives to their service???
The last cheif of police left a Glock 19 in a bathroom…This one isnt following procedure and protocol…
Seems like incompetence is a running theme with the police in PV.
I support our police
So no matter what they did – and you dont know yet – you blindly support “the police”? Why not just wait a few days until we know what happened? You sound like a hypocrit bc you dont even know what was done. We support good police…how about you?
