A day after finding out Sedona City Manager Justin Clifton was leaving to be the city manger of Palm Springs, Sedona has named his replacement. The city hired Assistant Sedona City Manager Karen Osburn. She’s held the position for 9-years while also being the director of community development for the past two. She starts her new job March 1-st.
