Prescott Valley Police has two new police dog handlers. Officials say Officers Amanda Riley and Cameron Kinsey have stepped up to the challenge of becoming K-9 handlers with the department. Officer Riley has 17-years of police experience and is partnered with “Kion”. “Chewy” will be handled by Officer Kinsey who has been with Prescott Valley for 4-years.
