Saturday night, Prescott Police responded to a head on collision in the 3900 block of Highway-69. Officials say witnesses reported that a vehicle driven by 60-year old Kenneth Petray of Prescott Valley, crossed the median and collided head-on with a vehicle being driven by 28-year old Logan Fyfe of Prescott. Petray was declared dead on scene; Fyfe was flown to a Phoenix area hospital where he’s in critical but stable condition.
