Man flees from traffic stop/arrested 2 days later

A Prescott Valley man is charged with fleeing from police. Prescott Valley Police spokesman Jerry Ferguson says the incident began Monday night with what should have been a simple traffic stop. Prescott Valley Patrol Officers attempted to make a civil traffic stop on a Green Dodge Grand Caravan on Highway-69 in Prescott Valley. The vehicle failed to yield to emergency lights and sirens and continued traveling west on Highway-69. The driver of the vehicle continuously made obscene hand signs towards the officers and then forced 2-vehicles off the roadway. The driver was 56-year old Paul Alan Frankowski of Prescott Valley. Ferguson says Wednesday night the SWAT team located and arrested Frankowski at a home in Prescott.
