The National Weather Service has issued a Fire Weather Watch for Friday due to strong winds and low relative humidity for western Yavapai and Coconino Counties. This includes locations near Fredonia, Grand Canyon, Jacob Lake, the North Rim, Prescott, Prescott Valley, Seligman and Valle. It also includes portions of the Coconino, Kaibab and Prescott National Forests. The combination of strong gusty winds and low relative humidity may create critical fire weather conditions.
